Autopayment

Autopayments are submitted to the bank on the morning of the statement due date or the next business day. The balance as of the last billing date is the amount to be deducted. Payments made after the last billing date may not be reflected in the autopay amount.

 

Service shut off

If water service has been shut off, debit or credit card payments are the only acceptable payment methods to restore service.
Checks are not accepted.
